Let me start this off by saying that everything you have learned about God hating gay people, or that being gay is a sin, is a LIE!!!

I asked Him about this early on, and it’s one of the biggest reasons why He answered my prayer of hearing Him.

I grew up believing that He hated me for being gay. When I was 10 or 11, I remember begging Him to take the gay away, and let me tell you, that prayer was never answered, because God made gay people. I know this might sound crazy to some, but it’s the truth.

There are a lot of things that have been misinterpreted in the Bible because of how old it is and how the times were different back then. Let’s break it down.

Leviticus 18:22: Thou shalt not lie with a male as with a woman.

Now, I want us to go into this remembering that God thinks like no other. He is outside of time, and He knows what would have happened if something was put a different way. And at that time it served a purpose.

In those days, people would do all kinds of things and wrongful acts just to be disrespectful towards God, just because they believed it was something He was against. So that’s why this passage was originally put in the Bible.

Second, the language has drastically changed since then. People had no concept of same-sex people in a loving relationship. I’m going to move on to the next, but please leave a comment on this post and I will answer as much as I can.

The word “homosexual” DID NOT mean a gay person. God is referring to pedophiles, and He hates anyone hurting children. That’s why He speaks about this so strongly.

When people bring up Sodom and Gomorrah and try to turn it around and say the only reason God destroyed those two cities was because of gay people, that is wrong. There were so many sinful things going on there, like rape and murder, witchcraft, worshiping false idols, and more, but the main reason was because men were raping little boys, and God hates PEDOPHILES.

Like I said before, if anyone has any questions, just leave a comment, but I want to end this by saying God made gay people and loves them just the same. And if you have ever felt like you couldn’t have a relationship with Jesus, like how I felt growing up, you couldn’t be more wrong, because He loves you so much and died for you and your sins too.

God can literally feel your pain. When you hurt, He hurts. He told me this, and nothing hurts Him more than you thinking He hates you. He is all love and made you to be the exact person you are today. That goes for gay, trans, or any letter in the LGBTQIA.

And for the straight people who say they follow His teachings and don’t believe what I’m saying: you know God is with us, He is very real. If you are confused about this, please just ask Him yourself, and He will reveal it to you. He answers prayers.

I know one thing: God hates how divided we are. Jesus was for the people over everything else, don’t ever forget that. These days we condemn people so easily it makes Him sick, and if you are a follower of Jesus preaching hate or wishing bad on other people and thinking you’re going to be living with Him in His house for all eternity, you need to think again. God hates that. Just please go to Him and ask Him yourself.

God also wants me to say that He reveals things to His people, so even though He knew people would take this the wrong way, there would have been an even worse outcome if he didn’t put that passage in the bible. If people just came to Him and asked Him, He would answer any questions that weigh heavy on their heart. So talk to Him; He is literally right beside you.
